Do you use sterling silver? TOP

All claps, cones, chain, and earwire are sterling silver (basically all hardware). I will specify if pieces contain base metal etc.

Where do you get your natural materials from? TOP

My natural materials - kukia nuts, seed beads, salwag nuts, wood beads, shells - all come from the Phillipine Islands. Part of my hereitage is Filipino and I do what I can to contribute to the economy of the Phillipines.

How soon will my item be shipped? TOP

Your purchases will be shipped First Class mail within three days of purchase. I will send you an email letting you know that I have shipped your pieces to you.

If you wish that your package be sent Priority Mail or any other way, please email me so we can discuss the logistics.

What is your refund policy? TOP
We do not allow refunds. However, if a piece should unfortunalty break (due to faulty supplies - this claim must be made within 15 days of purchase) or needs to be resized we will glady make the needed changes for you free or charge.

Do you make custom Pieces? TOP
Yes! We ask that you allow us 3-4 weeks to create your custom piece, this will give us time to order your materials and obtain a clear idea of what you would like. Please email us if you would like for us to create a custom piece for you.

Do you create wedding jewelry? TOP
Yes! This is our favorite type to create! Please check out the gallery for previous pieces and the "Aint Love Grand?" section for avaliable wedding styles.

Are your pieces one of a kind? What if I like a piece that is no longer avaliable? TOP
All of our pieces are one of a kind. If you see a piece that is no longer avaliable, please contact us and we can try to come up with something similiar to the piece that you are interested in.

Do you do home parties? TOP

Yes (within the DC/MD/NOVA and Tidewater areas).

This is a great way to earn free jewelry!

Do you offer classes? TOP

Yes.

We offer the following:

Birthday Parties - Ages 6-14 - Each young lady will get her own personalized bag to take her set home. They will be able to make 2 bracelets and a necklace. (this price is for parties of 3-5 girls, contact me if you would like to know the price for parties larger than 3-5 girls)

Girls night IN - An event for the girls night in/girls night events. Price for 3-5 women is 25.00 each. You will recieve a bag to put your items in, as well as material for a bracelet, earrings and necklace set.

Bridal/Baby showers. Brides to be - you can even have your bridal party create thier own designs! Prices vary based on materials used. Please contact me if you are interested in this!

Do you have a refferal program? TOP

Yes, we do!

For every 4 people(purchasing customers) that you refer to our site, we will offer you a set of your choice (up to 55.00).

I think you would be great for this event, how do I get in touch with you? TOP

We are always looking for shows to showcase our material in. If you know of a show, please email us all of the necessary information - time, date, application, place etc.

Can I start a gift registry/favorites area for me? TOP
Yes! This is the perfect way to remember your favorite pieces or to save up for a wish list for the holidays and birthdays. Just clich the gift registry link on our page and register yourself!
